Special Occasion Hairstyling Services:

Special Occasion Service Policies:

Payment: To secure your appointment date/times we require a card saved on file. Appointments must be paid in full with one form of payment method at least 7 days in advance.

Gratuity: 20% automatic gratuity will be added to groups of 3 or more.

Trial Run: Practice services are the same service price and can be coordinated upon request.

Late/Cancelation Policy: To cancel or reschedule, please contact us within 1 week to receive a full refund. Otherwise if you or a party member cancel less than 1 week, if you or a party member arrive more than 15 minutes late or do not show up for your scheduled appointments, no refunds will be issued.

Child Policy: We love kids. However, for their safety and for the comfort of all our guests, we ask that you please don’t bring children unless they are having services performed.

Extension Policy: pro Do charges an additional fee to guests with an extensive amount of hair and/or extensions, (including “sew ins”, “beaded”, “tape ins”, “halo”, and “clip ins”) to accommodate the extra time/expertise it takes to style. Our staff is trained on how to care and style extensions and will be as careful as possible when handling them. However, pro Do is not responsible for extensions that come loose or are damaged during the wash, blowout or style.

* Our stylists are efficiently trained in all of our services and will do our best to re-create your desired looks. However, results may vary depending on hair length, thickness and texture.
