Terms and Conditions

“You, your refers to the guest signing up for the membership.
“We” refers to pro Do Franchise, LLC

By signing your membership contract, you are agreeing to all the conditions below.

Your membership fee will automatically by charged every month, on the day you sign up, on the credit card provided until your membership is cancelled.

If your credit card expires or you need to change the credit card on file, you may email memberships@prodoblowdrybar.com or call 801-208-9446.

Membership cancelations may be done anytime by select the “Cancel Membership” tab on our website www.prodoblowdrybar.com and follow the steps. Cancelations may NOT be done in the salon, over the phone or via email. We require a 30 day notice for cancelations. Your membership will be active for 30 days after we receive your cancelation. You will still be charged for your monthly payment on your next billing cycle. Once your membership cancelation is complete, you will have an additional 90 days to use any unused “benefits”. You will no longer receive discounts on products, services or birthday benefits.

“Benefits” for services roll over for 90 days, at which time expire and are no longer available.

Birthday Benefits are non transferrable and must be used within 3 days before, 3 days after, or on your actual birthday.

You can switch to a difference membership anytime by selecting the “switch membership” tab on our website www.prodoblowdrybar.com and follow the steps. Your new membership will switched 7 days after we’ve received the request. Your billing date will remain the same. Any unused benefits will roll over to the new membership.

Membership benefits are transferrable for a $5 transfer fee, that will be applied upon check out.

Gratuity is not included.

Your memberships cannot be frozen or suspended.

We reserve the right to change the price of the memberships at any time. We will provide notice via email at least 2 weeks prior to raising the price. At which time, you will have the option to continue with your membership or cancel via our website.

Your membership benefits are good at all pro Do locations, however, prices may vary based on location and there may be additional charge for services.

By signing your membership contract, you are agreeing to our Child Policy and Extension Policy and Appointment Cancelation Policy that can be found our website.

If you cancel less than 24 hours, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a “benefit” will be applied or you will be charged a fee for the value of the service if a “benefit” isn’t available.

We love kids. However, for their safety and for the comfort of all our guests, we ask that you please don’t bring your children unless they are having services preformed.

pro Do charges a $10 add on to all guests with extensions, including “sew ins”, “beaded”, “tape ins”, “halo”, and “clip in” extensions to accommodate the extra time and expertise it takes to style. Our staff is trained on how to care and style extensions and will be as careful as possible when handling them however, pro Do is not responsible for extensions that come loose or are damaged during the wash, blowout or style.
