Terms and Conditions

“You, your refers to the guest signing up for the membership.
“We” refers to pro Do Franchise, LLC

By signing your membership contract, you are agreeing to all the conditions below.

Your membership fee will automatically be charged every month, on the day you sign up, on the credit card provided until your membership is cancelled.

If your credit card expires or you need to change the credit card we have on file, you may email memberships@prodoblowdrybar.com or call 801-208-9446.

“Vouchers” for services roll over for 90 days, at which time expire and will no longer be available.

Your membership “Vouchers” are good at all pro Do locations, however, prices may vary based on location and there may be additional charges for services.

Membership “Vouchers” are transferrable for a $5 transfer fee and Membership discounts are only applicable for the Membership holder and cannot be used for family or friends.

Membership discounts

Birthday Services are non transferrable and must be redeemed the month of my birthday..

You can switch to a different membership anytime by selecting the “Switch Membership” tab on our website www.prodoblowdrybar.com. Your membership will then be switched on your next billing cycle. Your billing date will remain the same. You will then have 90 days to use any remaining “Vouchers” from your previous membership.

Membership cancelation may be done anytime with a 30 day notice by selecting the “Cancel Membership” tab on our website www.prodoblowdrybar.com. Cancelations may NOT be done in the salon, over the phone or via email. Once you have requested membership cancelation, your membership will be active for 30 days after we receive your cancelation notice. You may still be charged for your monthly payment on your next billing cycle. Once your membership cancelation is complete, you will no longer receive discounts on products, services or receive a free birthday service. You will then have an additional 90 days to use any unused “vouchers”.

Your memberships cannot be frozen or suspended.

Gratuity is not included in the Membership.

We reserve the right to change the price of the memberships at any time. We will provide notice via email 30 days prior to raising the price. At which time, you will have the option to continue with your membership or cancel your membership via our website.

By signing your membership contract, you are agreeing to our Child Policy, Extension Policy and Appointment Cancelation Policy that can be found our website.

If you cancel less than 12 hours, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a “voucher” will be applied or you will be charged a fee for the value of the service if a “Voucher” is unavailable.

We love kids. However, for their safety and for the comfort of all our guests, we ask that you please don’t bring your children unless they are having services preformed.

pro Do charges an additional fee to guests with an extensive amount of hair and/or extensions, including “sew ins”, “beaded”, “tape ins”, “halo”, and “clip in” extensions to accommodate the extra time/expertise it takes to style. Our staff is trained on how to care and style extensions and will be as careful as possible when handling them however, pro Do is not responsible for extensions that come loose or are damaged during the wash, blowout or style.
